Italy is the land of my ancestors.  I learned a little more about my family background living with Italians.  I played for Bologna, which is in the northern part of Italy.  Bologna is known for its food (lasagna was first served here) and shops.  I would walk downtown and see all the people in their black leather jackets, Italian dress shoes and sunglasses talking away on their cell phones.  There were churches throughout the city.  I especially enjoyed visiting the many churches. I enjoyed all the food from pizza to pasta.  This was the first time I gained weight playing overseas.
